These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Comebaek LLC's app, website(s), and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Comebaek provides notifications and feeds for K-pop related events from trusted public sources (e.g., Weverse public calendar/notices, Ticketmaster, YouTube live actualStartTime). Features may change over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 13, please do not use our Services or provide any personal information. Parents who believe their child under 13 has provided information to us should contact privacy@comebaek.com. We currently don't require user accounts; some features may introduce optional accounts later, which will be subject to additional terms.
By enabling notifications, you authorize us to send push notifications via Apple APNs and Google FCM. You can change preferences in OS settings and in-app.
Public event metadata and links are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. All trademarks, logos, and images are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials except as permitted by law or the rights holder. When displaying platform content (YouTube, Spotify, etc.), we maintain proper attribution and brand treatment as required by platform guidelines.
If we introduce user-generated content features, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content for service operation. We will implement DMCA compliance procedures. Links to third-party sites (e.g., YouTube, Ticketmaster, Weverse) are provided as a convenience. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee continuous availability or that notifications will be delivered or timely in all cases.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMEBAEK LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Comebaek LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-app or on our site). Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without your consent. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
